Index Tap
The Index tab is just like the index in the back of a book . It lists more
specific topics than the Contents and the topics are listed alphabetically,
instead of organized like chapters in a book.
The Index allows you to select your topic two different ways:

You can begin typing the topic you are looking for. The index has a
"type-ahead" feature, so as you type, the topics that begin with
those letters will come into view.

You can double click on a keyword to view its corresponding topic. If
several topics reference the same keyword, a pop-up menu will appear for you
to select the topic you want to see.
There is also a 
button at the bottom of the Index tab. Instead of double clicking, you can
click once on the topic, then click on the
button.
